Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Supreme Auto ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it's used. Supreme Auto is a vehicle dealership based at 546 Rachel de Beer St, Pretoria North, Pretoria.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly, through the following forms on this site:
- The Contact / Enquiry form — name, phone number, email address, and the vehicle and message you provide.
- The Finance Application Wizard — personal, employment and vehicle-finance details needed to submit a finance application on your behalf.
- The WhatsApp Enquiry form on a vehicle's page — your name, phone number and any message you add.
Submitting the Contact form does two things. Your enquiry is saved to our enquiry management system so that it reaches us and is not lost, and WhatsApp then opens with the same details pre-filled for you to review and send yourself. The details we store are the ones you typed into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle you asked about and your message.
A WhatsApp enquiry started from a vehicle's page works the same way: your name, phone number, the vehicle and any message you add are saved to our enquiry system, and WhatsApp then opens for you to review and send.
The Finance Application Wizard prepares an email to our dealership address for you to send from your own email client. So that your application still reaches us if that email never sends, we separately record your name, phone number, email address and the vehicle you are interested in. Your ID number, home address and income details are not stored by this website — they travel only in the email you send us.
Where Your Enquiry Is Stored
Enquiries are stored in a private database hosted by Supabase, which we use to manage customer enquiries. Only Supreme Auto staff with an authorised account can read them. They are not publicly accessible, are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing, and are kept only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting sale. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time using the contact details below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, process a finance application, or otherwise assist with your vehicle purchase. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
This site embeds a Google Maps location and links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. When you interact with those features, the respective third party's own privacy policy applies to that interaction.
This site also loads its vehicle listings, customer reviews and contact details from Supabase, our database provider, and stores Contact form enquiries there. Supabase processes this data on our behalf.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data locally: your progress through the Finance Application Wizard, and a cached copy of our vehicle listings and contact details so the site still works if our database is briefly unreachable. Both stay on your device, contain no personal information about you, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data.

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
